Saginaw, MI. - The Saginaw Spirit, members of the 20-team Ontario Hockey League, feature the future stars of the National Hockey League each night at The Dow Event Center in Riverfront Saginaw, Michigan for an affordable price in a family-friendly atmosphere.
In April, the Spirit added the sixth player in the history of Ontario Hockey League to be granted "exceptional status" into the league, Michael Misa, with the first overall pick in the 2022 OHL Priority Selection. The other exceptional status players are current Toronto Maple Leaf captain John Tavares, current Florida Panther Aaron Ekblad, Edmonton Oilers captain Connor McDavid, Sean Day, and 2022 first round pick of the Seattle Kraken, Shane Wright, who is currently on the roster of the Kingston Frontenacs of the OHL.
Misa will make his Spirit debut when they open the 2022-23 regular season at home on October 1, 2022 against the Guelph Storm.
All Spirit home games are played at The Dow Event Center, celebrating it's 50th anniversary. All non-Sunday home games begin at 7:05 p.m. and All Sunday home games begin at 5:30 p.m.
Adults: Upper Level - $18; Lower Level - $20; Executive Level $22
Student/Senior: Upper Level - $16; Lower Level - $18; Executive Level - $22
Children: Upper Level - $15; Lower Level - $17; Executive Level - $22
*Student: High School or College; Senior 62+
**Children Ages 3-12, Under 3 years old does not require a ticket
Prior to the start of the 2022-23 regular season, the Spirit will host a preseason game on Sept. 9 against the Soo Greyhounds at Midland Civic Arena at 7:05 p.m. Tickets are available for that game at the Saginaw Spirit Store at 6321 State Street, by phone at (989) 497-7747, or in-person the night of the game at Midland Civic Arena (405 Fast Ice Drive, Midland). The Spirit take on the Flint Firebirds on Sept. 23 in preseason action at The Dow Event Center. Tickets are available to that game online (TicketMaster), in-person at the Saginaw Spirit Store, by phone, or in-person at The Dow Event Center Box Office night of game. General Admission tickets for Spirit preseason games are $10.
The Saginaw Spirit offer Six (6), Twelve (12), and Twenty-Four (24) game Flex Ticket Packages for an Upper Level seat at The Dow Event Center. There are options to upgrade your flex ticket to a Lower or Executive Level seat at time of redemption. These tickets can be used for any home game, any time throughout the 2019-20 regular season. Flex 6 packages are $95, Flex 12 packages are $170 including a free autographed puck, and Flex 24 packages are $315 and include a free autographed puck and two (2) Spirit hats.
Single game tickets for the 2022-23 regular season go on sale Monday, August 15 at 9:00 a.m. and can be purchased at the Saginaw Spirit Store (phone or in-person), on the Official CHL App on Google Play or the App Store, or online at ticketmaster.com.
