Kerala govt has not come up with any proof that used PVC flex is non-recyclable
The State Government of Kerala has not been able to provide any substantial proof that used PVC flex is non-recyclable. The state government had been directed by the Kerala High Court to provide the information in the last court hearing on the matter. The government representative informed the court that there was no proof that can be submitted as yet. Meanwhile the state government invited the Sign & Printing Industry Association (SPIA) for a meeting to discuss on the issue. SPIA is working toward streamlining recycling of used PVC flex and sent one more truck containing used PVC flex to the recycling plant in Rudrapur.
